Kenyatta Foundation is a foundation that was inspired by Charles Kenyatta. This foundation is to help and give back to the community. We like to give back to the community and focus on cancer patients, domestic violence women, inmates coming out of prison. At the foundation’s core is the memory of Charles Kenyatta, a revered figure whose legacy sparked the inception of this charitable endeavor.
The Kenyatta Foundation draws from the well of Charles’s values, his strength, and his enduring belief in giving back to those in need. Crystal, a resilient breast cancer survivor, alongside her husband Charles, envisioned this foundation as a means to extend a lifeline to those navigating similar challenges. Their shared experiences and triumphs laid the groundwork for a mission centered on compassion, support, and empowerment.
Understanding the daunting journey cancer patients face, the Kenyatta Foundation dedicates its resources to alleviate the burdens of medical bills, insurance quandaries, and the myriad challenges single mothers encounter while undergoing treatment. Our goal is to offer not just financial assistance but a shoulder to lean on, ensuring that no one walks this path alone.
Recognizing the hurdles faced by individuals reentering society after incarceration, the foundation strives to smooth their transition back into the community. From job placement assistance to providing essential transportation and clothing, the Kenyatta Foundation is committed to helping former inmates find their footing, rekindle hope, and embark on a new chapter in their lives.
Expanding our outreach, the foundation also stands with women overcoming domestic violence, offering support and resources to help them rebuild their lives on foundations of strength and independence. Moreover, we are dedicated to nurturing the joy and well-being of children in underprivileged neighborhoods through toy drives, turkey drives, and back-to-school events, planting seeds of hope and opportunity for a brighter future.
Each initiative, whether aimed at providing cancer care, aiding reentry, supporting domestic violence survivors, or uplifting children, is a step toward healing, empowerment, and transformation.
